My nephew loves this school and it would be a shame if his little sister couldn't attend!

All three of my children attended Llangennech Schools and were taught through the medium of welsh, they went on to attend Ysgol Y Strade. I was able to make this choice and feel the proposal for change to an all welsh school cannot be good for the community of Llangennech.

100% of us in Wales speak English. To subvert our children and grandchildren for the political aim of increasing the 20% that also speak Welsh subtantially risks the broader development of those chidren.

I believe in choice, and don't want Welsh to become a bad word

Choice is important. Nobody should be forced into a corner on the basis of a County Council decision.

Although being able to speak both English and welsh is important. As a non welsh speaker I would feel unable to fully support my child with their education if they were to learn in welsh medium only. Llangennech is the school of choice as a Llangennech resident but we would not be enrolling our son here if it was to change to welsh only.

I believe Llangennech Schools should continue to offer an English Medium Education, Welsh only will be detrimental to families living in the village

As I live in the community and I do not speak Welsh and want my son to be able to have an English education as well as a Welsh option, not forced into the Welsh language

both languages should be taught.
