Justice for victims killed by Intoxicated Drivers due to Irresponsible Police Officers

Police Chief's & Police Officers need to SERVE & PROTECT their communities as the commitment they agreed to do when they took the position of being a Chief or Police Officer. When Officer's pull someone over for speeding with an INVALID driver's license, a felon on parole, INVALID Insurance, MX plates not in the data system for MX or TX, they need to remove the driver, do a search & impound the vehicle of the INVALID licensed driver. My daughter was killed due to an irresponsible Police Officer who gave a citation @ approx 4:30 AM for going 92 mph which was 22 mph over the speed limit to a felon on parole w/INVALID DL. The officer did not search nor even remove the driver nor impound the vehicle & allowed him back on the roads. The driver caused a crash with my daughter 3 hours after receiving the speeding citation because he was under the influence of alcohol & Methamphetamines going 18 mph in the left lane on the highway. My daughter is no longer here due to an irresponsible Police Office & an intoxicated driver & the intoxicated driver didn't even get a slap on the hand & the Police Officer is still a Police Officer. I feel the Officer & the Intoxicated driver BOTH should be accountable for my daughter's death! They are FREE & I am daughterless & my son lost his twin sister. Police Chief should have held his Police Officer accountable instead of trying to sweep this case under the rug by hiding evidence such as body & dash cams.
