I'm starting this petition as its unfair that carers in England don't get anything yet people in Scotland and Wales do get it it's discrimination carers have a hard job of looking after loved ones who are disabled our government needs to treat them fairly like the Scottish and Welsh government do for there people it's wrong on so many levels and needs to be addressed especially with the cost of living sky rocketing please help us.
