I'm a single mom of my 20 year old daughter who is diagnosed with depression. I live a nightmare because I cannot legally force her to take her medications.  This needs to change. I have multiple violent outburst from my daughter who knows no one can make her take her medication.  How and why should someone struggling  from mental illness gets to decide this? I'm asking fir the government to change this regardless of age. This should not be a choice that a mentally struggling patient decides it should be up to the caregiver it should be mandatory that every mentally ill person takes their medications. The government needs to enforce this. That if their medication is not taken that their will be someone going to house to with them take it like they do in England.
