Gabalfa Labour started this petition to Cardiff Council and Welsh Government
Cardiff Council is drawing up a new Local Development Plan for the city and we need your views on what should be built where.
Our Labour council is committed to build 2,000 new council houses and to provide sheltered housing for older people.
Now Welsh Government has bought the Mynachdy Coalyard site for a new Gabalfa Metro station. Julie Morgan MS and our Cardiff North Labour councillors are petitioning for sheltered housing for the elderly to be built there also, close to the newly re-opened Mynachdy Community Centre.
