Three local businessmen, Kenneth Whitworth of Whitworth Realty Advisors, Ashishkumar Patel and Stewart Christian, have proposed to to build a car wash at the front of Creekside Village.

This will increase traffic right in our neighborhood as they proposed to use our entrance as one of the ways to access their car wash. It will increase noise levels. Their plan is to open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 pm. This type of business will have a negative impact on our property values.

Many of us were told that there would be a multi use plan at the front of the neighborhood with townhouses and shops - NOT a car wash!

Please sign the petition to let the City Council know that we, the residents of Hoschton, are not in agreement with a car wash in a residential area that leads into our historic City of Hoschton.
