NDS Silva started this petition to Capcom

Capcom Fighting All-Stars: Code Holder was a 3D fighting game planned for the arcade and PlayStation 2. After reaching a considerable progress in it's development, it was beta-tested in a select number of arcade machines in Japan. But after a convoluted time management, and negative feedback from players during the beta-test, the project was canceled in August 2003. What officially remains from it today are only evidences that the finished portion of this game got sealed away from the public, with only mentions of it's existence being made by developers from time to time - such as the following:

This petition has the purpose of salvage part of the original intentions from the project staff, by asking Capcom to release a simple public build based on all the work currently in their rights, that made it to the 2003 beta.

The intention is to put a positive ending to this nebulous piece of gaming history, while communicating with Capcom in a clearer way, that there are indeed a considerable amount of fans around the world today, who would actually enjoy and support more of a unique concept like this crossover fighting game!
