NCC will be hosting the ASEAN Paralympics 2020, there will be a large number of athletes to be hosted and will use the facilities.

NCC is not build for containment and for quarantine purposes.

NCC was built to house athletes and hold sporting competetions.

NCC is surrounded by almost 40,000 residents including the Indigenous Aetas.
