I’ve been having issues myself with neighbours recording children in the cul-de-sac where I live. Police are restricted on what action to take as there’s no law in the UK preventing them from doing so. Children are meant to feel safe outside there own front door but In a lot of cases this isn’t actually true.
I believe that if someone in your family has been or are being investigated due to child porn or child indecency then these restrictions shouldn’t matter. Our children should be first priority and should be protected by our laws, not the predators.

I myself have been in a battle for 2 years now with our local police regarding my neighbours position of his/her cameras.

Today 09/01/22 they have put a ring doorbell above my 6ft fence, over looking my front garden invading mine and my children’s right for privacy.
