Throughout the school year, students have been dealing with teachers who have been lazy and unmotivated to teach this year. Teachers have rushing through lessons and it threw many students off track. Due to the teacher shortage, schools have been hiring instructors who aren't qualified to teach. I think the four exams are a great alternative to the STAAR Test.
