from a Better company

 

Our Laundry Machines are constantly down 

and need to be replaced.

They lock clothes behind the washer door

or the dryer stops drying halfway through a load.

There are better options available.

 

Ask Coinmach to Contact Rose at Cedar Properties to remove the laundry machines so we can replace them with upgraded alternatives from a new company. 

 

Rose will coordinate so the switch will be as painless as possible. 

 

The new machines need to accept Credit/Debit/Apple/Samsung/GPay 

so that we don't have to deal with 

Quarter Rationing, Dirty Coins, 

Unemptied Quarter bins, and Eaten Quarters.

It's time we got our money's worth 

with a functional amenity.

 

Considering the Rent Increase 

going through on Jan 1, 

functional laundry machines are 

a modest investment in the property. 

If they want more money; 

Then we want functional amenities.

 

You wonderful folks at the Mariposa deserve 

to get your money's worth and spend it 

in a sanitary way in this Pandemic 

which has long overstayed its welcome.
