Blind/deaf dogs should be able to compete in Rally

My blind dog has competed in Rally and has her Rally Intermediate title. She has done so with decent scores. At present there is no CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) rule to prevent her from competing but I have been told that come 2018, the rule will be implemented that will prevent deaf/blind dogs from competing in performance sports. My main concern is rally but I see no reason why any performance sport wouldn't allow a dog if they were capable.
When my dog went blind I didn't want her to sit in darkness and be a couch ornament. I vowed to give her a useful, purposeful life. I put her in sports and she has been a delight to work with and I have also become a much better trainer since working with her. She is one of the happiest dogs in the ring and her tail never stops. She has achieved SO much as a blind dog and I believe she is an inspiration to all dog owners and this is evident by the cheering and clapping that comes from ringside when Gracie is in the ring.
. I guarantee if you saw my little dog in the ring you would smile because that is where she is happiest and it would be such a shame to take that away from her or any other blind/deaf just because they have a disability.
Please sign this petition so that the CKC may take another look at this, keep the rules as they are and not implement this so hopefully my dog (and perhaps yours) can continue to be a working dog and live a full, useful life.
