USA Canada land borders have been reopened from 8 November 2021 for non essential travel for fully vaccinated individuals and Canada should adopt the same rules as USA Government to make it smooth travel between USA and Canada by land. This RT PCR test is redundant; very expensive and unnecessary for fully vaccinated Canadian Citizens individuals who enter Canada from USA.
