Preborn children are exactly that, children. In our time of scientific enlightenment there is no denying that a preborn child is a developing human being. Every human being is in one stage of development or another from conception to death.  At the time of conception a new human being is created and has a new DNA identity different from the parents. There is no scientific basis for saying that the preborn child is simply tissue belonging to it's mother's body. It is undeniably a separate and unique person.                             

Terminating the preborn child is therefore taking the life of an innocent human being who has done absolutely nothing to deserve capital punishment. It is also very painful as no pain blocker is given to the child before it is dismembered and extracted from the mother and discarded as medical waste.

The only difference between a preborn child and a born child is location, inside or outside the mother's womb. No one would approve of killing children once they are outside of their mothers. This has been made plain in the recent distress over the dead children at Canada's residential schools. 

It is well past the time that humanity stop this senseless slaughter of the preborn and grant the right to life to ALL humans. The preborn are in fact the most vulnerable among us and deserve the basic right to life that belong to every human.
