Our Country has been silent for far too long! The atrocities committed by the Church and Government toward our Indigenous People are plenty and long-lived. Today we mourn, question and reel in disbelief over the mass graves being uncovered at former residential schools in our country. 

BUT people have known they were there for decades and still, nothing has been done! 

We ask Mr. Trudeau and our Government, what has been so pressing that it's taken precedence over accountability for these absolutely disgusting truths about the collaboration of church and state in this instance? 

My call to action is to begin bringing all these children's bodies home NOW by obtaining  funding and reparations from the affiliated churches through taxation. Churches have a long history of abusing children, indigenous or not, and those organizations should not enjoy the benefit of a tax-free existence. It is time to start fixing this NOW.
