CERB repayment demand fraud

I have had a part time ice cream business for 6 years. In 2019 I showed a net loss due to the fact in was a rainy summer and we didn’t sell as much, but I still had interest, insurance, vehicle, office etc and spoiled inventory at the end of the year (had to dump ice cream). People don’t buy ice cream in the rain.

I had a gross revenue in 2019 from the business of $24,000 but showed a net loss.

I read the CERB qualifications very carefully and when I applied in March, it said if I had income of more than $5000 in 2019 then I qualify. I did have income of $24,000 which helped pay the interest, insurance etc. I could not operate the business at all in 2020 as all the music festivals and fall fairs that I went to were not running. I applied in good faith for the CERB relief from the fact I could not operate my business.
