The government has caused ALL OF THIS!! It's completely BS what is happening to this world. People are losing everything and more importantly lives are being lost from the depression caused by all this covid. Any money given to anyone is well deserved from all the hassle the government has caused the people. I also think the government should be held accountable for all the suicides during this "pandemic"!

This is a rotten way to kick people while they are still down. The rules should have been made clear to start with. Not after the fact, make up rules and demand repayment. People are still struggling and we will see a huge surge in homelessness and crime.

The government does not have a say in this what so ever. They took more then just our jobs. Countless lives were lost due to our government shutting down hospitals, exams and surgeries to taxpaying canadians which is absolutely unacceptable and is borderline treasonous. They should be paying Canadians a lot more then 500 dollars a week to follow their self imposed rules and regulations. Yes covid is dangerous but Sonia not getting the proper medical care for other conditions and diseases. I think the liberal government should stand trial for their misconduct and foul handling of the whole situation.

I have had a part time ice cream business for 6 years. In 2019 I showed a net loss due to the fact in was a rainy summer and we didn’t sell as much, but I still had interest, insurance, vehicle, office etc and spoiled inventory at the end of the year (had to dump ice cream). People don’t buy ice cream in the rain.

I had a gross revenue in 2019 from the business of $24,000 but showed a net loss.

I read the CERB qualifications very carefully and when I applied in March, it said if I had income of more than $5000 in 2019 then I qualify. I did have income of $24,000 which helped pay the interest, insurance etc. I could not operate the business at all in 2020 as all the music festivals and fall fairs that I went to were not running. I applied in good faith for the CERB relief from the fact I could not operate my business.
