It has become apparent that a petition to change the bylaws will be necessary to avoid future mailings of violations and/or animosity among neighbors. 

The bylaws were not changed at the annual meeting as most did not find the need to change them and would rather just be “neighborly”. Since that is not occurring from the majority of the current board, we the under signed petition to change the rule for parking of boats, campers, and trailers. 

This petition is to change the bylaws to reflect: ”All boats, campers, and trailers must be on a concrete pad located adjacent to the resident’s garage. They may not infringe on safety nor visibility and be kept in good shape.”

(the current bylaws do not allow for any parking longer than “loading/unloading”)
