Angela Lemaitre started this petition to Campbelltown City Council

Between Thunderbolt Drive and Mustang Drive, there is no satisfactory crossing for school children, adults and the elderly. With council supplying bus stops from Thunderbolt Drive, Raby Oval and Mustang Drives, they have not provided safe crossing considering increased traffic. The council believe the island refuge is enough between the two parks and near Mustang Drive is enough. But if cars are driving 70 km plus, it's not safe.

-The second issue is the right hand turns out of Mustang Drive and Kearns Avenue. Some days the traffic makes it hard to cross, making it a serious risk for accident. Why can't the council consider a slip lane in each intersection.

The council says it’s driver errors that cause accidents, but I would say, it’s the environment the council has provided that causes accidents.

Our request for a new investigation has fallen on deaf ears. The last report made was in 2016. The council believes this is satisfactory.

To start the ball rolling we are asking Council to set up Traffic flow analysis counters and make it public record so we can show the amount of cars and speed in which they travel up that section on Raby Road.

We have been told that from the previous studies, work maybe be done in 2036 ie making only left in and left out, plus lights at Thunderbolt Drive, subject to funding.
