I feel the government need to find a way of being able to prosecute cyclists for offences such as riding through red lights breaking speed limits and Another offences

Is Cyclists becoming more common on the road now. I feel I need to be prosecuted and policed the same as any other road users. Although this will only affect a small minority of cyclists out there the ones that do have a blatant disregard for other road users need to be punished there needs to be a way in which the government and police forces can act upon this given the fact the operation snap where road users can report offences I feel this needs to be taken into account for cyclist as well.
