Calling on Atomic Wallet for Collaboration in Investigating Recent Breach

Calling on Atomic Wallet for Collaboration in Investigating Recent Breach
The Issue
At Match Systems, we specialize in providing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions and conducting thorough investigations into security breaches. Our team of experts is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of digital assets and user information within the crypto community.
During our recent communications with Atomic Wallet regarding the significant breach that took place on June 3, 2023, we experienced an unfortunate lack of cooperation from their side. Despite the urgency and gravity of the situation, their CEO (Konstantin Gladych) has refused to assist in the investigation of the incident or provide any data whilst in our shared chat.
Presently, we are investigating the largest single case related to this breach, which involves a loss of approximately $8 million. In addition, we are handling several other cases, with the total damage amounting to around $10 million. Given the extent of the breach and the substantial losses reported by users, we understand the urgency and importance of this matter.
To support these investigations and help restore user trust, we offered to bring our expertise to bear by conducting a free and impartial investigation into the case. Regrettably, Atomic Wallet declined our offer.
However, we believe in the importance of this investigation, not just for the victims of this breach but for the safety and integrity of the larger crypto community.
Therefore, we are rallying the voices of those affected by the breach to join us in petitioning Atomic Wallet to provide us with the necessary data and logs. This will allow us to undertake a thorough and unbiased investigation into this incident at no cost to them.
Your support will send a powerful message that transparency and collaboration are crucial in the face of such security breaches. Together, we can hold entities accountable, and work towards safer crypto practices.
