Despite the urgency and gravity of the situation, their CEO (Konstantin Gladych) has refused to assist in the investigation of the incident or provide any data whilst in our shared chat.

Presently, we are investigating the largest single case related to this breach, which involves a loss of approximately $8 million. In addition, we are handling several other cases, with the total damage amounting to around $10 million. Given the extent of the breach and the substantial losses reported by users, we understand the urgency and importance of this matter.
