The House Judiciary Committee approved the articles of impeachment against President Trump, setting the stage for a vote over whether he should be only the third president in American history charged with high crimes and misdemeanors.

The first article charges him with abuse of power for pressuring Ukraine to assist him in his re-election campaign by damaging Democratic rivals. The second article charges him with obstruction of Congress for blocking testimony and refusing to provide documents in response to House subpoenas in the impeachment inquiry.

It didn't matter that there was no actual proof of President Trump committing high crimes and misemeanors. The Democrats have been trying to impeach the President before he even won the election in 2016.  Read the articles of impeachment by using the link below. There was no proof that President Trump tried to interfer in the election by investigating former Vice-President Biden. An investigation may or may not be warrented, but not the issue here.

There have been at least 12 congressmen/congresswomen running against President Trump for the Presidency in 2020.  There are how many people in congress that support one or more of those candidates?  At the time of this petition there are still Five (5) Senators still running for President in the 2020 Election.

If the president has not commited a crime or misdemeanor, worthy of impeachment, is it right that his opponents for the presidency be allowed to vote in the impeachment process.  Are they not interfering in the election process themselves? Interference that they are accusing the president for doing?  Is this not a conflict of interest on their part?  They have voted that President Trump tried to have an investigation done on a Presidential Candidate running against him.  Any member of congress running for President in the 2020 election that has pushed for an investigation on President Trump, or voted to impeach the President, is in fact commiting the very same action they want to impeach President Trump for doing.

If any one of these candidates voted to investigate or impeach President Trump for trying to investigate a candidate running against him, will they then be investigated and impeached should they win the 2020 presidental election. Because they conducted an investigation on a presidential candidate that's running against them? Where will it stop?

So here is the petition we need to sign and present.

By signing this petition, you are agreeing to the following:

Because there is no substantial evidence of an impeachable crime or misdemeanor being commited, only hatred towards the President... No member of Congress, Senate or House of Representatives, that are candidates for President during an impeachment vote (in the House or in the Senate) should be permitted to cast a vote for or against impeachment of the President if that President is also a candidate.  This would be considered an attempt to interfere with an election that they themselves are a candidate. (a conflict of interest) And since the accusations against President Trump is for attempting to interfere with the elections by investigating an opponant, they themselves are guilty of the same action that they are trying to impeach President Trump.
