While multiple UN reports have clearly established Rwanda's responsibility for hiding behind the March 23 terrorist movement (M23), it is clear that the international community must take responsibility and declare an embargo against the blood minerals of millions of Congolese traded by Rwanda.

Rwanda uses armed groups and terrorist movements to plunder natural resources in eastern Congo.

According to a report by a group of United Nations experts that "Le Monde" obtained, Rwandan soldiers have participated in attacks against the Congolese military in support of the M23 rebels.

What needs to be corrected is that the M23 is not a rebel movement because it is not a Congolese movement, but rather a Rwandan movement. It is therefore a movement of aggression set up by the Rwandan leaders to plunder the resources of the Congo.

Until when will the international community, which has witnessed these atrocities, remain complicit in these most hideous crimes in the history of humanity?
