As the undersigned, we call upon every government, organization, entity or individual in the world that possesses any commitment to humanity and basic human rights to act urgently and in all their capacities to:

1. Put maximum pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran to free all political and security prisoners immediately. This includes prominent activists, journalists, artists, academics, intellectuals, students, healthcare professionals, and other ordinary citizens arrested for peaceful protesting, and provide them with immediate, sufficient, and independent medical care.
2. Also, we ask the free world, governments, organizations, as well as all other entities and individuals, to assist us in overcoming major communication barriers (such as the country-wide Internet restrictions) set by the government of I. R. of Iran by developing affordable technologies and services and helping us establish safe and stable means of communication with the outside world.
3. A trustworthy, transparent, and non-profit humanitarian fund to assist us (e.g. in providing the above technologies and services or to help those currently on strike) should be established by governments, organizations, and individuals who wish to support the free Iranian society.
