Allow Sergio C. Garcia to be admitted to practice law

Sergio C. Garcia has been working towards becoming an attorney for over 20 years, the only thing keeping him from becoming one is his immigration status.
He file for his immigration paperwork in 1994 and was approved, he has been waiting for over 18 years to be granted his residency. Sergio C. Garcia's case could set a precedent for other undocumented students who want to be lawyers. The State Bar of California certified Garcia after he met rigorous requirements, including passing the bar examination and receiving a positive moral character determination from the Committee of Bar Examiners.

Moreover, Sergio Garcia has now been endorsed by the California Attorney General Kamala Harris and the Latino Caucus in Sacramento. He has patiently been waiting since 2009 when he passed the bar on his first try, let's help him realize his dream once and for all!
