Pregnant Women have faced discrimination in the workplace and although there have been numerous laws put into place to help solve these issues(PFL, PLA, CFRA, EDD, etc.) they aren't strict enough. An example of a way a pregnant women is discrimminated is when their employer does not let them return to work after taking parental leave for reasons unknown.
