A Petition to the Honorable Ronald F. Frank, Justice of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles 

We, the former students of the South Bay Massage College, are seeking reimbursement for the tuition money that we paid to the college for our enrollment in the school's 500-hour Massage Program.  We are all in agreement that the School’s Administrator, Lin Shu, made a false promise to us that this Program was approved for certification by the California Massage Therapy Council and if we were to pay the school’s enrollment tuition and successfully complete the Program that we would receive certification and be able to gain employment. All of the following students agree that 1) we received this false promise from Lin Shu, 2) we paid the required tuition fees, 3) we successfully completed the Program, 4) and we were subsequently denied certification by the CAMTC due to the fact that the Program was NOT approved for certification. We confess that the prior statements are true and we give acknowledgement to its truth through the submission of our personal information and signatures below.
