Let Spencer Keller Perform at Cal High Graduation

My friend Spencer Keller was unfortunately suspended along with 14 other seniors from California High School in San Ramon, CA. The two day suspension was based upon an impromptu dance party that took place during our 15 minute break period. School administration confiscated a cell phone filming the event and used the video to single out as best as they could anyone participating. Those suspended were not able to attend their senior picnic at Six Flags Amusement Park. Additionally, Spencer was further disciplined by having a scheduled musical performance at graduation taken away by school administration. Spencer is a role model to others by being a straight A student, playing Water Polo for four years and has been involved with numerous school organizations and activities. He has never had any disciplinary action levied against him, including detention or any other infraction for all four years of his high school career. Spencer is in good standing to be a representative of his senior class at high school graduation on Friday, June 2, 2017. We believe he does not deserve this unreasonable punishment and with your support in signing this petition, we hope to regain his ability to perform at the California High School graduation ceremony.
