this petition is regarding prison inmates in county jail .It was brought to my attention that inmates in prison were being released August 1st due to Covid-19 . I was told a couple inmates in county jail were supposed to be transferred to prison but due to Covid-19 there transfers still are pending , but possibly won’t be transferred. As non violent offenders neither sex offenders with less than 180 days left they meet the requirement but aren’t eligible because they are not in prison. I would like to help out in getting them the rights they deserve.
