This petition is to help families of all races that are victims of police brutality. The goal is to bring this to the attention of California’s governor so the idea can be passed along to promote change and become law. Police officers that are found guilty of manslaughter or murder as well as officers charged as an accessory will be subject to pension loss. The offending police officers pension will go directly to the family of the deceased if found guilty.
