Why this petition matters
President Donald J. Trump can and should immediately be prosecuted under state law. U.S. Supreme Court precedent makes clear states can bring criminal charges against a sitting President.
Donald J. Trump is an existential threat to HUMANITY. Any other citizen, person, or individual would have charges filed against them with or without respect to a pending election. Charges should IMMEDIATELY be filed against President Donald J. Trump for his word and actions, amounting to crimes under state law.
On September 29,2020 during the First Presidential Debate, President Donald J. Trump words and actions, including telling white supremacist and extremist group, the Proud Boys, to “stand back, and stand by”.
Call on California Attorney General to IMMEDIATELY file a criminal complaint and to seek an arrest warrant for President Donald J. Trump!

OVERVIEW OF CHARGES
In and between March 1, 2020 and September 29, 2020, situated in the District of Columbia, elsewhere in the United States of America, elsewhere in the World, or in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio, and by means of instrumentality of interstate commerce—television and available via various internet live-stream feeds, which were accessible by computer, smart phone, tablet, or other internet enabled smart devices capable of streaming data and viewing video, the crimes of: (1) Conspiracy, in violation of Penal Code section 182, (a)(1), (4), (5), and (6); (2) the crime of criminal profiteering activity, in violation of Penal Code section 186.22; (3) he crime of Mayhem, in violation of Penal Code section 203; (4) he crime of Mayhem, in violation of Penal Code section 203; (5)the crime against the public peace, in violation of Penal Code section 403; and the crime of (6)interference with persons civil rights, in violation of Penal Code section 422.6(a).
CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

In and between March 1, 2020 and September 29, 2020, situated in the District of Columbia, elsewhere in the United States of America, elsewhere in the World, or in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio, and by means of instrumentality of interstate commerce—television and available via various internet live-stream feeds, which were accessible by computer, smart phone, tablet, or other internet enabled smart devices capable of streaming data and viewing video, the crime of Conspiracy, in violation of Penal Code section 182, (a)(1), (4), (5), and (6), a felony, was committed by President Donald J. Trump who did unlawfully conspire together with extremist factions, including a group by the name of “Proud Boys” and members of the Republican Party (“GOP”) to commit the crime of Mayhem, deprive people of their right to vote, infringe on protected classes of persons civil rights, defraud the approximately 330,377,544 citizens of the United States, inclusive of the citizens, residents, and persons situated in the State of California, of their tax dollars through stealing, undermining, and manipulating the validity and trustworthiness of the November 3, 2020 General Election results.

Trump who did unlawfully conspire together with extremist factions, including a group by the name of “Proud Boys” and members of the Republican Party (“GOP”) to create and engage in Mayhem, by threat of force or provocation of violence sow discord and fear to vote, leave their home in safety, or participate as a member of society in Black, Hispanic, Latino, Pro-Choice, and any anti-Trump voting constituency so he may retain his position as President of the United States of America. President Donald J. Trump’s actions are motivated by his financial state as shown by Federal Income Tax Returns revealed by the New York Times in articles written during the same time period referenced above. President Donald J. Trump words and actions amount to threats and attempted threated which have led to the Murder of individuals as in Kenosha, Wisconsin and may lead to countless Murder and ultimate genocide of specified groups of people in America for the advancement of his financial gain. Financial gains resulting from payments to his resorts, hotels, golf courses, and other owned, controlled, managed, or financially beneficially business associations, dealings, arrangements, or schemes. Financial gains made by sovereign nation’s world leaders, dignitaries, ambassadors, and payments from the U.S. Treasury (i.e. the taxpayers of the United States of America) as a result of Secret Service and other government personnel lodging and use of President Donald J. Trump’s properties.

Trump who unlawfully and maliciously deprived the citizens of California and all non-Trump supporting residents of the United States of their brains by virtue of his dismemberment and disfigurement of their cognitive stability, psychological well-being, emotional health, and societal bounds by making statements which reasonable minds can reach but one conclusion—the President’s support for an insurrection in the event the November 3, 2020 Election does not go in his favor and that any result not in his favor is a byproduct of an election which is nothing short of a farce. President Donald J. Trump’s words and actions have undermined the mental stability of non-supporters or any reasonable mind detracting from his rhetoric or course of action. Further, his words and actions have and continue to fuel vigilantism behavior, spawn militias who are carrying out vigilant behavior, and endangering the lives and well-being of countless Californians and individuals residing in the United States.

In and between March 1, 2020 and September 29, 2020, situated in the District of Columbia, elsewhere in the United States of America, elsewhere in the World, or in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio, and by means of instrumentality of interstate commerce—television and available via various internet live-stream feeds, which were accessible by computer, smart phone, tablet, or other internet enabled smart devices capable of streaming data and viewing video, the crime of Assault with intent to commit the felony of Mayhem in violation of Penal Code section 220, a felony, was committed by President Donald J. Trump who by his words and actions, including calling upon an extremist terrorist group “Proud Boys” to “stand down, and stand-by” expressed an intent for a violent militant faction to wreak havoc upon his command. Additionally, President Donald J. Trump being President of the United States has wide and expansive powers, including the ability to declare martial law, command military troops on and against American citizens through the Insurrection Act of 1807,and all subsequent modifications, to quell lawful behavior as defined by the Constitution of the United States, laws of the United States, Constitution of the State of California and decades of court precedent to prevent lawful voting and/or the peaceful transfer of power.

On September 29, 2020, in the County of Cuyahoga, in the State of Ohio, and by means of instrumentality of interstate commerce—television and available via various internet live-stream feeds, which were accessible by computer, smart phone, tablet, or other internet enabled smart devices capable of streaming data and viewing video, the crime against the public peace, in violation of Penal Code section 403, a misdemeanor, was committed by President Donald J. Trump who willfully disturbed or and broke up various and several lawful meetings of family, friends, and acquaintances by extreme, outrageous, and unparalleled statements leaving reasonable minds to infer but one conclusion—alignment, conference, condoning, aiding and abetting, and approval of extremists factions—including the “Proud Boys.” Statements directed towards extremists’ factions such as the “Proud Boys” including “stand back, and stand-by” show the President’s comfort and willingness in using armed civilian extremist groups to deter, prevent, or punish any behavior, only being judged by President Donald J. Trump by use of force. The statements made caused abrupt end, shock, emotional turmoil—taken together disturbance of lawfully assembled meetings.

Trump who by threat of force, willfully injured, intimidated, interfered with, oppressed, and threatened persons based on race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation, persons protected under Penal Code section 422.55, in the free exercise or enjoyment of rights and privileges, the right to vote, the right to assemble, the right to protest, and the secured by the United States Constitution and laws of the State of California.
