Problem
Living in Los Angeles for all these years, I noticed something that it’s beyond my comprehension. How can it be so many offer of leasing apartments all over but still many people are homeless? In many cases, some are even working but they still can’t afford an accommodation for themselves. More affordable housing needs to be made available in L.A.!


Solution
I suggest that the government can avail a piece of land to build homes for the under-privileged people, with a program appropriate to promote self-esteem and sustainable little careers, the homelessness issue will be alleviated. Also, the reasonable minimum wage based upon the cost of living of the City and decrease on taxes make a difference in many of those people’s conditions.

Personal story
I'm seeing a lot hard-working people in my circle, including myself; who have always to work a lot of overtimes in order to keep a roof over our heads. They still don't have time to spend with their families or time for themselves other then working like slaves.
