I’d like for every Law Enforcement Officer to get a lie detector test finding out if anyone has any kind of hatred toward anyone that’s not their race. Lie detector tests for all that’s already hired & for all those that are getting hired. Then I want all those that fail be fired without their pension without any pay. The Law Officers should be accountable for failing the test & be charged for the test & terminated immediately. Because they signed up took a oath to protect & serve & they weren’t honest about their hand on the Bible as they stood taking the oath. Everyone should be accountable for their wrongs. Nobody should be above the law!
Once terminated from any law agency department should NOT be allowed to be hired in another place. They should not be officers anywhere anymore. And they should not be allowed to use being an officer on another job application as a reference. They shouldn’t be hired anywhere that has authority over anyone or anything. 
I believe this will gain the people’s trust in law enforcement.All people will feel a little safer knowing these officers have evidently passed the test & are not hateful people out to do us harm.

I believe this will take a lot of time & money. So the reform funds should go directly to getting locations for the testing site of all law enforcement departments for paying the qualified testers & whoever fails should pay for their failed test & be fined for being dishonest while taking the oath. Contempt of court charges. Just as people in court get disciplined for lying under oath. So should those who took an oath is under oath same same. And those fines should be put in the reform fundings.  it’ll all be worth it once completed & utilized for generations to come.
