With covid 19 striking Canadians hard, every department and agency has volunteered to assist Canadians in the form of deferred mortgage and loans, government grants, rent relief and lowering other costs.
Besides all other businesses Taxi Industry has also a hard hit.Drivers are sitting homes wth no income but still have to pay lot of bills and expenses to feed the family and their needs.
It is hereby requested that the city of Calgary should act to waive off the annual taxi plate renewal and driver badge renewal fees for this year.
