Dan Furst started this petition to Calgary Board Of Education and
COVID-19 is an airborne disease that can be mitigated with, amongst other things, ventilation and filtration upgrades. Introducing portable HEPA filters to classrooms has slowed transmission in Ontario, New York, San Francisco and elsewhere. CBE policy currently does not allow for these filters to be placed in class or for parents to donate them for in class use. This policy needs to be reversed so that we can have the best chance of keeping our kids safe.
