New Neighborhood Entrance for Four Oaks Phase 3

CalAtlantic's Four Oaks community is currently preparing a phase 3 addition to its development. While the continued growth is welcomed, the addition does not include a new exit. Records suggest the developer owns over to N 450 E just behind the preexisting tree line of the phase 3 lots, so an entrance is theoretically possible. Many owners, inquired about plans for an additional exit prior to agreeing to purchase their homes, and a new entrance for phase 3 homes was explicitly said to be in the phase 3 plans. However, the new projection for phase 3 includes more than 100 new home-sites, and no additional exits.
The primary concern is that the 100+ new home-sites will all be using a single existing road (Dovetree Dr) to get in and out of the addition. This means that 200+ vehicles (assuming an average of 2+ cars per family) will be forced to bottleneck through the one road (a road where most homes contain 2-3 small children). From a safety, quality of life, and consumer expectation perspective, owners within the Four Oaks community would like to petition Cal Atlantic to forgo 2-3 home-sites in phase 3 and instead invest in a N 450 E entrance.
