Natalie Moxham started this petition to Caerphilly council

Foggy is an abandoned cockerel who was found by the road side near a disused quarry. He was skinny and weak. He came to stay in our garden and not only is he now healthy and strong he has bought much love and laughter to the residents of New Row.
New Row is a small line of 20 miners cottages built in the 1870s in a semi rural location and has always had animals - pigs, horses, chickens, bees, dogs and cats. It also is home to wild animals, foxes, badgers, toads, frogs, slow worms, noisy noisy sparrows, buzzards, red kites and beautiful vocal owls - yes New Row is full of animal noise and we love it.  Unfortunately one resident does not and prefers loud music to natural sounds.  We want to preserve our natural sound including Foggy the cockerel and continue to live in peace with one another on Beautiful New Row.

Please sign our petition to save Foggy and save the natural sound of the countryside.

thank you
