No one who is employed at Cable Companies has been trained properly. They have been trained in how to rip off the general public by telling them one think and then adding charges. It's like small print that no one can read. Their techs do not know how to really set up equipment and customer service representatives have been known to overcharge credit cards by telling the customer that the charge would not go through when they charge the card several times. Customer Representatives lie, cheat & steal. Our goverment needs to oversee their policy and procedures and give us more competition. Cable companies are getting away with murder & I can only imagine the fast talking that is going on with the elderly & disabled.
