Reinstate Henry's employment at 212 Clayton

Reinstate Henry's employment at 212 Clayton
Why this petition matters

On Sunday, 212 management made the decision to terminate Henry's employment. The decision was the result of the production of a music video on the 212 rooftop that Henry had coordinated.
Though the use of the 212 pool for the filming of a video was a violation of the rules, we believe the termination of Henry was too harsh a response.
Henry is an asset to the 212 community. His friendliness and familiarity with each and every resident is remarkable and his work ethic is unwavering. In the past several months, while the building has struggled with employee turnover and understaffing issues, Henry has remained steadfast in his dedication to his work and to the residents. He is exactly what we need during this time of confusion, changing policies and uncertainty. His perpetual smile has been a value add, a fixture that has made 212 feel like a home.
In conclusion, the events of Sunday certainly warranted a discussion with Henry. However his dismissal was an overcorrection, and we ask that it be reversed.
The termination of Henry is a step in the wrong direction for the 212 community, and we hope this is something that can be remedied.
