Dear community….please help support Wyndell Mitchell Jr, The community and the team feel like he’s being treated unfairly & robbed of an opportunity to compete for the starting job. This young man works hard and never looks for a hand out, only a fair opportunity. In life everything should be equal opportunity & in this situation things seems very unfair. He has the full support of his teammates, all we need is for the coaches to see his needs an opportunity.  The team feels as if they have expressed their concerns to their coaches and are not  being heard. When young African American boys express themselves they are always labeled outcast or a problem. Also when they are not heard they act out seeking attention, part of being a leader is being able to listen to others. The team feel like if the coaches would give  Wyndell Mitchell jr an opportunity they can do something special. They feel like they have given the other quarterback Denim Johnson a fair chance and the team is at a stand still, Denim lacks the experience that Wyndell Has and it’s showing. The moral of the team is being killed and that issue needs to be fixed immediately. Please help in petitioning for the coaches to at-least try to  go in another direction.
