The Construction of Bridger Pines is complete.  At this time homeowners do not control the Homeowners Association (HOA). The homeowners of Bridger Pines would like control and a say in matters that affect the community. We ask that Community Association Services of Indiana (CASI/Associa) turn over control of the HOA to the community residents as soon as possible in order to set up a board and other committees necessary.

We request a meeting with representatives of CASI to develop a plan to assist in this transition.
