To Bring in a Postnatal Depression 24 Hour Crisis Line

I've recently been diagnosed with Postnatal Depression. The other night, I had the worst night I've ever had. I felt like harming myself, and my baby. It was very late at night and I was frantically googling emergency PND hotlines, to find no out-of-hours crisis lines. I didn't know what to do, so I turned to friends. But what if somebody feels they have no one close to them to turn to? I feel this should be something that exists. If somebody gets into a majorly frantic state it can have very serious consequences. Please, PLEASE help me make this a thing. Postnatally depressed women (and men - it affects dads too!) need to KNOW they have a non-judgemental place to turn to anytime, any day.
