The FIU campus does not harvest enough vegetation for butterflies. There are many green space areas throughout campus which include the mere presence of trees and grass, spaces which have the potential to act as homes for butterflies. The introduction of mini-butterfly gardens throughout campus will increase the presence of endangered biodiversity on campus and create a serene atmosphere on campus. 

Our campus is one of growth and potential, let us make it so that our surroundings reflect that.
