Many job seekers go through at job interviews, with some interview sessions described as abusive and demeaning. Nowadays, finding a job is becoming harder. Job seekers doesn't receive equal treatment from the business they are applying to for being discriminated even they are qualified for the job.

These are common examples of discrimination that job seekers are experiencing:
1. Age Discrimination - They think low for those old job seekers for their abilities are becoming limited compared to young ones and are not skilled enough.
2. Gender Discrimination-  It's unlawful. Employers thinks that what men can do is something that women can't and vice versa.
3. Religious Discrimination- Employers thinks that having an employee with different beliefs would affect the other employees.

As a student of ABM, I want to help to promote this kind of change so Job seekers can openly, freely, and objectively select employment opportunities, making these choices based on their assessment of the best use of their abilities, their personal goals, and other pertinent facts; a recruitment process that is fair and equitable to all; support for informed and responsible decision making.

Think about those people who wants to achieve their dream without being discriminated. Sign for this petition and support, respect, and give justice for the Job seekers' rights.
