I am one of many in our district who are passionate about cars and burnouts.
We have a large community of car enthusiasts and are seeking a legal location/pad for burnouts within the New Plymouth District.
We don't want to put our community at risk or get in trouble with the law, we are passionate about burnouts. I understand this isn’t going to be easy but I am prepared to take the steps necessary to see a legal burnout pad in our district.
