I'm a frustrated mom who's only son was almost killed by a driver who was pulling out of a Exit/Entrance located on Rt16. The Exit/Entrance is between the Five star bank and Burger King in Yorkshire, NY. Originally I thought this exit was owned by the Plaza, but according to property records its actually owned by BK.

THIS EXIT/ENTRANCE has been the secene of two accidents for my son, in the spring of '19 he was T-boned by another negligent driver who pulled out of that same exit and crossed 5 lanes of traffic and hit him. Luckily that time only his car was wrecked.  On June 10th he was nearly killed by a negligent driver who pulled out from there in front of traffic and hit my son on his motorcycle and nearly killed him!

Please help me close that Exit/Entrance or have it clearly marked for no cross traffic to cut across 5 lanes of traffic to get to Westover Ave.  Also, to have it clearly marked only for a right turn into the plaza only!

Please help us with this fight!!
