Relocation of the 2018 World Cup to Poland and Ukraine.

In lieu of the ongoing actions of the Russian government, we are petitioning FIFA to relocate the 2018 World Cup from Russia to Poland & Ukraine.  Russia was awarded the 2018 World Cup in December 2010 under the auspices of Sepp Blatter who has since been implicated and suspended from FIFA for corruption for six years.  Russia, under the coup of Vladimir Putin, has exhibited endemic corruption and aggression since 1999.  During Putin's tenure, ongoing verifiable issues have included the level of racism in Russian football, discrimination against LGBT people in wider Russian society, invasion of neighboring Ukraine and Syria, the state-sponsored murder of hundreds of journalists, innocent civilians and political opponents, state-sponsored doping for international sports competitions, promoting hooliganism and violence, conducting hybrid warfare against Europe and the West, including ongoing cyber-hacking attacks worldwide. By comparison, Poland & Ukraine successfully coordinated the relatively recent 2012 EuroCup and have the capacity to host the 2018 World Cup.  This event would also assist Ukraine recoup the billions lost to Russia under the criminal Yanukovych administration who was simply a tool of Putin's Moscow. .
