Right or the eververse system is broken having us have to pay bright dust to reaquire shaders and transmat affects while Weapon Ordaments and Ghost Projections are unlocked permanently. Shaders and Transmat affects should work the same as Ordaments and Ghost projections being permanently unlocked one acquired from a source!
