This development does not make adequate provisions for a massive increase in traffic, creating infrastructure for bikes/pedestrians, environmental impact, and maintaining local character. Rather, it squeezes every possible penny from the land.

This project represents out-of-control development driven by corporate greed with little consideration given to the adverse environmental impact, increased traffic and population congestion, and the very real potential for a diminished quality of life for many thousands of W. Asheville's residents.

No affordable housing is just not acceptable! How many trees will be sacrificed?

We need sustainable growth in Asheville. Our current infrastructure cannot handle this size of development. A smaller footprint that preserves the land and is in proportion with current infrastructure is the only option that should be considered. Slow your roll on this large development being brought in from outside developers.
