Hurting others in order to satisfy oneself. Bullying can take many forms, but the end result is always the same hurting someone's feelings and making them feel unloved. Some people bully others in order to gain attention, and we can refer to them as attention seekers.

Is an act of abusing their rights over others, as well as a harsh way to undermine someone else's confidence and self-esteem for your own amusement. Bullying is defined as a person's actions that affect or scare someone who is weaker or less powerful, causing the person to do something they do not want to do. 

This should not be tolerated and should be prohibited because it can cause trauma to anyone and is never acceptable. It starts when they notice characteristics in you that they dislike. People bully others for a variety of reasons. Some bully others simply because they have been bullied themselves, and others bully simply for the sake of having fun and entertainment in their lives.
